Mentoring Fundamentals for Mentors and Mentees
In these fast changing and uncertain times it is necessary to develop deeper and broader competencies, and create effective ways to share and transfer practical knowledge. The significant impacts that effective, positive mentoring has on both the mentor and the mentee, and within organizations, will ensure that the organization’s mentoring program is a huge strategic asset.

The Mentoring Fundamentals program at the Saint Mary’s University Division of Continuing Education focuses on the mentoring relationship.  It prepares mentors to step into a mentoring partnership with clarity, confidence and inspiration. It will affirm, strengthen and expand upon a mentor’s core knowledge, competencies and personal leadership skills, building essential competencies and contribute to creating and establishing higher standards and protocols in the “art and science” of Excellence in Mentoring.
The mentoring workshop runs from February 23-24, 2016
The one day Mentee workshop is on February 25, 2016
