When faced with a change in leadership, organizations often think about how to keep the momentum going and how to push past the awkward stage. What often gets lost in the shuffle is recognizing the contributions of those individuals whose key inputs shaped the organization and often times the industry sector as well. With the pressure to continually push forward, let’s take a moment to remember where we came from and who helped us get here.
