Job Posting: Program and Communications Administrator, Springboard Atlantic

Springboard is looking for a Program and Communications Administrator to join their Central Office team. Springboard is both a large team and a small team. Springboard Atlantic is a not-for-profit corporation with ownership from all 19 post-secondary institutions doing research in Atlantic Canada. The Central Office is a team of 5 who are based in Halifax, NS and Fredericton, NB and support the institutional members of Springboard Atlantic’s Network.

The Program and Communications Administrator reports to the President and CEO and is responsible for the efficient administration of Springboard’s internal funding programs. The Innovation Mobilization (IM) program and the Industry Engagement ((IE) program provide funding to support industry engagement and pre-commercialization activities for the Network. Applications to these programs are received and evaluated monthly. In addition to this primary role the administrator will be tasked with significant data entry and data management roles that support the Network and Springboard central office staff generally, and the Manager, Events and Communications specifically.

You have very strong computer skills, and you are especially good with excel.

You are obsessively data driven in your approach. You love getting into the details and figuring out what they all mean. You like turning that data into impactful reports.

You are comfortable working with minimal supervision. You are capable of prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently and working individually and in a team.
